William Gruenloh serves as Regulatory Director for the Gene Therapy Center. Gruenloh also works with the Stem Cell
Program and Alpha Clinic, providing support for regulatory submissions, including interpretation
of FDA, NIH/RAC guidelines, preIND/IND preparation, phase I, II, III product development
strategies and assessment of cGMP, cGTP, and quality system compliance for the UC Davis
Institute for Regenerative Cures. Gruenloh also assists with IRB submissions for sponsors and
investigators.
