Sean Bissing serves as the Operations Manager. He has 10 years of experience with expert and
comprehensive financial, analytical and administrative oversight and support for the
departments growing research and clinical trial operations. Bissing coordinates and manages
interdisciplinary clinical research projects between the Gene Therapy Center, UCDHS
Contracts, and other UC Davis Departments. He manages budgets and is the account manager for
research and clinical accounts.
